It had been a number of years since we purchased a mattress, so we needed someone to help us determine the mattress that would be best for us. We went to the Gold Bond factory and Mattress Concierge showroom in Hartford, CT and Robert listened to our specific needs, provided us with very helpful information and we were able to try out a few models. The mattress that we selected came within 2 weeks and we have been very pleased with the comfort that it provides. My husband had a back injury, and for the first time in months, his back does not hurt when he wakes up in the morning. We could not be more pleased with our 100% American Made mattress and we highly recommend Mattress Concierge!
